By launching the first full hybrid vehicle diesel - hybrid 3008 April - Peugeot will write a new chapter in automotive history. The combination of a fuel-efficient 2.0-liter 163 bhp HDi 37 bhp diesel engine and an electric motor is the optimal combination for a hybrid vehicle. Unlike previous hybrids that have chosen to use a gasoline engine of less fuel consumption, the 3008 HYbrid4 diesel engine provides better 74.4mpg combined fuel consumption and CO2 emissions 99g/km driving cycle.
The use of diesel hybrid technology also brings many other benefits:

HYbrid4 the 3008 is designed to attract discerning customers who are looking for a vehicle technophiles rewarding and original.
In terms of performance, the Peugeot 3008 HYbrid4 benefits from the combined power of the HDi diesel engine and an electric motor during acceleration and when an immediate increase in energy is needed (the "boost"). The combined maximum power of 200 hp, 163 hp 2.0-liter 37 bhp HDi FAP diesel engine and electric motor. The maximum torque of 500 Nm is available, separated from 300 Nm at the front of the HDi diesel engine and 200 Nm on the back generated by the electric motor.
Interior
Architecture in the driving position is wide all the characteristics of a high-end vehicle, or even an aircraft cockpit. A board expansive, easy access controls and ergonomic console clearly separate the territory of the "pilot". Combined with a high driving position and commanding that has everything in place to reward drivers and provide a range of new driving experiences not previously found in a conventional hybrid vehicle.
Original materials are deployed throughout to accentuate the court feel and explore new avenues of expression. This is particularly true in the new finish and specific Guérande Tramontane and two-tone leather, which subtly combines bright gray seat cushions with a black finish on the sides of the seats.
Gears of modern and elegant design is a key feature of the technology HYbrid4. Technology will improve the atmosphere in the same way as the "7 color display, which provides information on the flow of energy. A special steering wheel bearing the signature HYbrid4 brings a touch of the exclusive right to the car.
"Multiflex" internal
With his intelligence "Multiflex" internal integration and smart battery and innovative rear suspension, the 3008 HYbrid4 can also be transformed to offer a considerable load capacity under the tray 420 liters (362 dm3 VDA) with 66 liters (29 dm3 VDA) available under the cargo floor.
